Support Policy
AB Consulting is committed to offering fast, clear and professional - but friendly - support to all our customers. We do not
charge for supporting AB Tutor Control by phone or by email, as long as you are running the current or previous version.
(Currently v. 4 and 5) Additionally, we will provide access to the knowledgebase to all our users, whatever version they may be running.
We will endeavour to help solve any problems you may face in installing and running AB Tutor Control on your school or organisation's network.
However, due to the complexity of individual environments, we cannot advise you on wider configuration, security and network management issues.
