1. Log onto your account in the licence management system.

2. Identify the installation from which you want to remove AB Tutor Control, and check that is it not an 'Unlock code' installation.

 You can easily distinguish an 'Unlock code' installation from one that has been automatically activated online, because a) you are not given the option to delete unlock codes and b) there is no 'unlock code' listed in the unlock code column. In the example below, only the third licence is an 'unlock code' one.



3. If you find that you are in fact trying to remove an unlock code installation, please see how to move version 4 or 5 unlock code installations.  Otherwise, delete the installation which you no longer wish to use. 

The delete button is to the right of the installation record.

4. This will free up a licence which you can use to activate an additional installation of AB Tutor Control, using your account serial number, which you can always find by logging onto your account in the Licence Management System.
