- Your account name (usually the name of your school) - Your customer ID (if you have it) - The serial number/unlock code of the installation you wish to remove (you will need to send in a different code for each installation) - Your name - Your job description - Your email address
As soon as we receive your email we will check the serial/unlock codes against the installations that we have in your account and will mark your old installation(s) as obsolete. You can now use your freed-up licences to activate additional licences of AB Tutor Control.
Please note that for reasons of security and data protection, if we do not have your name in our Licence Management System, we will need to email the contact we have for your school before we can email you with any account information.
