1. De-install AB Tutor Control from the old computer. You will be given a de-install code at the end of the de-installation process.
Please make a note of this code as you will need to send it to us.

2. Send an email to register@abconsulting.com giving us the following details:

- Your account name (usually the name of your school)
- Your customer ID (if you have it)
- The de-install code(s) generated during the process of de-installing the software (you will need to send in a different code for each installation)
- Your name
- Your job description
- Your email address

As soon as we receive your email we will check the uninstall code(s) against the installations that we have in your account and will mark your old installation(s) as obsolete.

We will then email you with details of how to download and activate the latest version of AB Tutor Control.

We no longer support version 3.

Please note that for reasons of security and data protection, if we do not have your name in our Licence Management System, we will need to email the contact we have for your school before we can email you with any account information. Depending on how long it takes for the school to get back to us, this could take a little while.
